It is recommended to use it while you are in bath.
1. Fold the scrub inside out. 2. Put your hand inside the pocket like a glove. 3. Gently scrub off dead skin cells. You may use it soaked in water or apply soap before scrubbing.
Caution : Do not scrub on face or the sensitive area on body or Do not scrub too hard at the first time. On the next day, you can check your skin red or not. Then you can adjust by yourself.
After use, clean and dry it completely for hygiene reason.
Your dead skin comes off pretty good.
I like using it, it is not too harsh but leaves the skin really soft
