Decent product but not moisturizing at all

It has nice texture and smell, and I can tell the vitamin C in it makes my skin a bit more glowy. However, when I apply it on top of my serums, I somehow wake up with dry skin. I recommend using it with a moisturizer or hydrating gel.

Very itchy, burns my skin and leaves white marks

My first impression: I like the smell and the format. However it has a white texture that doesn't look natural.
Now: my skin burns like hell immediately after I apply it. It becomes red and it's so itchy I can't handle it. It's the first time ever my skin reacts to a beauty product. Is it possible that it's a counterfeit?
